booking Deposit and cancellation

We require a 50% deposit for every treatment booked at Thai Touch. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, your deposit will be non-refundable.

 

Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which in turn costs the salon hundreds of pounds per month. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to serving you.
